Adi Swarup Patnaik, a Commerce Graduate with Certified Banker from IIBF, AMFI, KYC Certified Professional worked in various capacities spanning over 22 years and was associated with Shriram Chits, AMP Sanmar, Kapil Chits, Dhanalaxmi Bank, Axis Bank & DCB Bank. His rich and varied experience spans in Chits, Finance, Insurance, and Banking Sectors dealing with Business Development, Branch Set up, Branch Profitability Driving, Credit Sanctioning and Designing Customer Friendly Financial Products.

As part of Cluster Head-Emerging Markets – Andhra Pradesh in DCB Bank Ltd, Adi Swarup had been responsible for Setting- up of a New Branches in Andhra Pradesh.Enhancing Strong Cutomer Base in Andhra Pradesh.

As part of Assistant Vice President Axis Bank.

He looked after Operations Department of large Branch Vijayawada, later he worked as Branch Head –Lakshmipuram-Guntur Branch and Poolapalle (Palakol) branches.

As part of Senior Manager – Dhanalaxmi Bank :

He joined as Junior Officer at Visakhapatnam Branch. He was promoted as Branch Head and worked at Khammam. He worked as Senior Manager – Credit Sanction Department at Vijayawada and looking after Entire Credit sanctions of the Bank in Andhra Pradesh.

Adi Swarup Started his career with Shriram Chits in 1998 as a Management Trainee and worked with Shriram Chits as Branch Head at Vizianagaram, Divisional Product Manager –SKI Insurance Vizianagaram. He later worked with AMP Sanmar Life Insurance Company Ltd (Now Reliance Life Insurance) and with Kapil Chits also.

His passion for Banking Business leads him to set up The Amaravathi MMA Co-Operative Society Ltd and co-founded Cito Nidhi Ltd.

Mr. Suresh Sabbani is a Commerce Post Graduate and had various banking certifications like CAIIB, IPGDRM (International PG Diploma in Risk Management). He also had various financial certifications like NCFM, IRDA, AML KYC, Trade Finance, Business Correspondence etc., He has sound banking knowledge in Products and Processes, Sales & Marketing and Branch Network Expansion.

Mr.Suresh Sabbani is a seasoned experienced Banking Professional and a passionate business person with vast experience of 20+ years in Financial Sector. He had worked with State Bank, HDC Bank, ICICI Bank, RBL Bank, DCB Bank in various positions in all verticals. He has a great vision and forecast in Financial Sector. He has promoted and established The Mithra MMA Co-Op Society which is successfully spreading its wings with good customer base & business volume.

With a view to reach to un-banked people he has promoted and established CITO NIDHI LIMITED (a Quasi-Banking MBC) in 2018 and got license in 2019. The company has been growing at a steady pace since then under the able leadership of Mr. Suresh Sabbani. His vision and passion were also instrumental in the company which is being able to venture in establishing sister concerns of similar Financial Institutions like Full pledged NBFC, a Co-Operative bank through separate subsidiary companies under the CITONIDHI Group. His core vision is to make this Quasi-Banking Company to a full-fledged Bank in near future.
